Well as November slides in you might think that it would get colder but, it isn’t, it is 15 degrees warmer.  I am glad I am not a weatherman in Kentucky.  You never know what it is going to do, even with you high-tech equipment.

Do you like flowers?  I love them, especially wild ones.  I know this is not a wildflower but, that’s okay.  I don’t know if it has anything with how I grew up but, I do prefer them in their natural environment instead of cut.  I hope I don’t offend any florist.  Do you remember the song, Color My World”?  Nothing can color it like nature.

Even though Sandy has passed, harder times may be yet to come.  Now comes the waiting for things to get done like power, water, and for a lot, even a place to live.  Think of the cold weather and not having a change of clothes, enough food, water, or a way to get them.  I know there is help from groups all over the country but, it will take time and some of the people don’t know if they have the time to wait.  I heard on the news this morning that there is another storm brewing that could hit the east coast again around Thanksgiving.  I pray that the winds and sea calm down before that happens.

It is another beautiful day here.  It is going to be around 60 with sunny skies and no winds.  I hope wherever you are you have a wonderful day.  I would leave you with this thought today: Every individual has a place to fill in the world, and is important, in some respect, whether they chose to be or not.
